Ownership will be transferred to new owner.
You can transfer the hosting to a different company if you choose.

The auction part of this site was originally built by Slade Long
and is currently being hosted by him (ride8.com)
We paid an initial setup fee and have never been charged for
the hosting but it is possible that there could be a yearly hosting fee.

New owner is responsible for your own web design. After purchase we will
remove our names from the site and it will be yours to do what
you want with. The reason we are selling this site is because
we just don't have the time to devote to keeping this site going.
